A second deep mock built entirely on your stories. We go inward and unravel your life history into a compelling arc, so you stop reacting to questions and start leading with who you are. At the end of the session, you leave with a “Tell Me About Yourself” (TMAY) worksheet — your answer to the question that opens nearly every interview, crafted to land as interesting and memorable with the panel.

What do IPC sessions look like?

Every session is 1:1. And we don't always stop at the clock — clients will tell you it's common for IPC to go a few minutes extra to bring a session to a proper close. Those extra minutes are on IPC, not you.

Detailed feedback from the session is summarized and sent to you afterward, so you can focus on the session instead of taking notes.

Is there a refund policy?

No refunds after the first session. By then you and IPC have met, and we've both decided it's a mutual fit. From there, we're both in the game — showing up, working hard, staying on track, and keeping faith.
